The Truck

a.k.a Big Bertha

Our beloved truck a.k.a Big Bertha houses a 1.2m woodfire oven (imported from Italy and hand built inside the truck) that could even have George Clooney swooning.

She’s fully contained, so can handle any weather Mother Nature throws at her. Having been around from the beginning of the Melbourne food truck revolution, she’s fully equipped to handle any event.

If you have your heart set on Big Berth catering your event, it may be an additional charge . Please just let us know in you enquiry, otherwise our sweet new pizza trailer may be baking the pizza at your event! Both our Pizza truck's are brother & sister and will equally do the most amazing job at your Pizza party!
